MSW students at Boston College School of Social Work focus on clinical or macro practice and specialize in a concentration that combines two years of fieldwork, skills-based advanced policy, and practice courses in specific areas.听

Looking for bilingual, culturally aware job candidates? To better prepare students to work with this diverse population, Boston College School of Social Work established a听Latinx Leadership Initiative (LLI)听program within the MSW program. The LLI bolsters students' linguistic and cultural competencies to work with Latino communities in the U.S. and abroad. A set of foundation and method courses are taught in Spanish.
