Postdoctoral Association

The Boston College Postdoctoral Association (51¶¯ÂþPDA) promotes the professional, social, and family well-being of postdoctoral fellows from all 51¶¯Âþ departments. The purpose of the 51¶¯ÂþPDA is:

To promote the professional training and career preparation of its members

To promote peer interactions and support among the 51¶¯Âþ postdoctoral community

To serve as liaison between its members and the administration of 51¶¯Âþ

To introduce new postdoctoral fellows to the 51¶¯Âþ community

To provide liaison between 51¶¯Âþ postdoctoral fellows and other postdoctoral associations in Massachusetts and in the United States

The 51¶¯ÂþPDA regularly organizes conferences and talks on topics of interest to its membership. In addition, the 51¶¯ÂþPDA has an ongoing Knowledge Dissemination Program to financially support the dissemination of its members™ original and independent scholarly work.
